BOLZANO Branch

The new Bolzano branch office provides full coverage of the Alto Adige region. This region is quite challenging due to its logistics and the local use of German. In insurance terms, it is a very interesting area thanks to the widespread presence of medium-sized industries and the intense tourist business. From 2012 Alfa Bolzano office is managed by two younger surveyors who have worked with Alfa for many years: Federico Bertollo and Valerio Ricci. They personally handle all high-value claims, coordinate the activity of frequency claims and manage relations and contacts with local claims offices. The Trentino area also benefits from the cooperation and integration with the Alfa Marostica branch office.

FEDERICO BERTOLLO
After graduating from secondary school, he attended the Faculty of Engineering for two years and then, in 1999, entered the surveying profession as an external associate at Alfa Marostica. Thereafter, he assisted his father progressively in the branch office management and became the frequency claims manager. At the same time, he attended a number of external (CINEAS) and internal courses to improve his knowledge in recovery operations, damage from earthquakes, floods and the Transport line. Since January 2012, is the responsible of Alfa Bolzano branch.


Geom. VALERIO RICCI
He received his secondary school diploma in surveying in 1987. After a short construction yard job, he started to work with Studio Gottardi (which later became Alfa Bolzano). He was able to develop his surveying profession during this period thanks to the rigorous and qualified training of Mr. Gottardi. In 1997 he decided to set up his own business and started an office working directly with leading Companies (Itas, Allianz, Reale Mutua, RSA) in the Non-marine Branches and General Civil Liability fields. In 2005 Studio Ricci began externally collaborating with Alfa with the Bolzano and Bologna branches. Along with Federico Bertollo he has been manager of Alfa Bolzano since January 2012. He speaks and writes German very well.

The frequency claims sector recently registered a significant growth thanks to agreements reached with some large insurance companies. Alfa Bolzano ensures a capillary coverage of the region thanks to the distribution of its bilingual associates throughout the territory. The Bolzano office uses the new version of Alfa Evolution software extensively and is integrated in Alfa’s computer network.
