The Alfa Group’s mission has gradually and naturally evolved with respect to the original intentions of the founding owners. This variation is mainly due to the changes that have occurred, and are still underway, within its reference markets in terms of prominent figures as well as customer requirements. Hence, the need to update the principles and values guiding the Company’s development over the near future.

Alfa is an organized group of specialized professionals partner of insurer and financial institutions that aims to improve customer service and optimize risk and loss management.

The main strategies on which the Alfa mission is based are the following:

• expansion of the services range according to new trends in the reference markets and development of its internal expertise.

• completion of its network for co-opting new specializations and new partnerships in order to ensure complete and uniform professional service to all the customers in reference markets.

• investments in new technologies in order to optimize customer relations, timings, security and operating costs.
