| After years of stability, the financial and insurance
market is experiencing a period of major organizational
and technological transformation. The acquisition and
merger processes, on the one hand, and the placement of
insurance products by banks, on the other, have affected
the supply of products and the distribution structure of
our Customers.
For the Italian insurance market, additional developmental
factors are represented by the growing presence of
foreign Companies, new legislation (the impact of the
Bersani law) and the increase of the bank and Internet/
telephone channels.
Within this scenario, Alfa will have to evolve further in
order to meet the reference markets’ growing demand for
integration between various services, while maintaining
the centrality of its technical/surveying expertise, along
with guaranteed quality and service continuity. New
projects are already being planned or underway for the
expansion of services offered and the entry into new market areas through certified processes.
The push for change will make the professional updating of internal resources and the acquisition on the cooperation
with experts even more important in the future. Alfa has always invested in this field and will continue to
do so in order to guarantee high-quality professional services in the future as well.
A special focus will be placed on the development of international agreements, for the management of multinational
insurance contracts and the exchange of knowledge and skills with more developed markets. In fact,
commercial and operational cooperation agreements already exist with some networks.
