PRESENTATION OF THE ‘ALFA' BRANCH IN THE UMBRIA REGION

Amongst the century old olive trees of ‘Residenza Fontanelle’ in Perugia, the new ALFA S.p.A. Umbria branch was presented on Friday, the 8th of February 2008.
This event, which included the participation of the Settlement Insurance Offices managers and employees operating in the region, has formalized the partnership agreement reached between ALFA and ‘S & T GROUP s.r.l.’ of Perugia, a survey consultancy firm and Private Investigation company managed by Francesco Sagrazzini and Fabrizio Tiberi, who have  worked in this field for almost 20 years.
Mr Sagrazzini will be assisted in coordinating the ALFA branch by Mr Marcello Grizi, the energetic forerunner of Umbrian surveyors, who has been practicing for more than 50 years.
There was a mass presence of ALFA’s management at the meeting in Perugia, with speeches delivered by the President Mr Giulio Lovison and the General Manager Mr Guido Ferrante – sitting at the speaker’s table together with Mr Sagrazzini and Mr Grizi – as well as the owners of the Ancona and Rome branches, respectively Mr Alberto Vignini and Mr Alfonso Del Sorbo.
The strategic importance of opening the Perugia branch was highlighted during the presentation, perfecting the operative activity of Alfa in Central Italy, by adjoining the territorial coverage already ensured in Marche, Lazio and Tuscany with Umbria.
This result is professionally and logistically in line with the ALFA network’s philosophy to always strive to achieve a well diffused and high quality presence within the territory.
Much emphasis was dedicated to the history, the professional philosophy, the organizational structure and the operating procedures which have given ALFA a special position in the Italian surveyor market.

Interviewed on the significance of opening the Perugia branch, Mr GUIDO FERRANTE restated its importance from the aspect of completing ALFA’s territorial coverage in Central and Northern Italy and of the standardization of survey services provided in the area.
Furthermore – he stated – it is a further strategic step in the evolution of our company’s structure, from a surveyor's firm to a true service provider able to present itself to clients as a single interlocutor, offering a wider and more diverse range of professional services.

Mr FRANCESCO SAGRAZZINI has expressed his satisfaction regarding the initiation of the surveying activity which – he pointed out – finally brings to realization S&T GROUP’s project of integrating investigative activity with surveying activity, aimed towards optimizing and rendering more effective services delivered to insurance companies.

And having ALFA at our side – he added – constitutes the best assurance for the success of this new professional adventure.
